Ingredients
  

1 tbsp chicken stock powder (low sodium preferred)

4 cups water

1 cup shaped pasta (stars, alphabet, etc.)

½ cup diced carrots

½ cup peas (frozen or fresh)

¼ cup sweet corn

1 tsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

In a medium pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.

    Add diced carrots and sauté for 2–3 minutes until slightly soft.

      Add water and chicken stock powder. Stir well until dissolved.

        Bring to a boil. Add shaped pasta and cook according to package instructions.

          In the last 3 minutes, stir in peas and corn.

            Simmer until pasta and vegetables are fully cooked.

              Season with salt and pepper as needed.

                Serve warm in fun bowls with kid-friendly spoons.

                  Notes

                  • You can use small pasta like orzo if shapes aren't available.
                  • Add shredded cooked chicken for more protein.
                  • Use homemade chicken stock powder for cleaner ingredients.
