Ingredients
  

½ cup popcorn kernels

2 tablespoons melted butter (or coconut oil)

3 tablespoons cheddar cheese powder

1 teaspoon jalapeño powder (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon garlic powder (optional)

Salt to taste

Instructions
 

Pop the popcorn kernels using an air popper or on the stovetop with minimal oil.

    While the popcorn is still warm, transfer it to a large mixing bowl.

      In a small bowl, combine the cheddar cheese powder, jalapeño powder, garlic powder, and salt.

        Drizzle the melted butter over the popcorn and toss to coat.

          Immediately sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the popcorn, tossing well to evenly distribute the flavor.

            Serve fresh or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
